After the commissioning, we will make our technician team stay at least 1 months to train the customer’s staff at the ore dressing factory. For making sure the factory can be operated well by the customer’s labor with good performance and ensure the safety of the production.
Training scheme
1 Making technical specification of station and hand it in the visible position of working place.
2 The workers will learn some knowledge of the structure, operating principle and usage etc of the relevant equipments and knowledge of technological process of ore dressing.
3 Engineer of ore dressing will guide the workers to carry out the practical production.
4 Provide the training of operation, maintenance and failure handling for operators.
5 Provide the training of maintenance, regular examine and repair and failure handling of equipments for the mechanic.
6 Provide a training of operating capability and operation, maintenance and debug of automatic system for the electric automation engineer.
7 Provides a training of safety education and civilized production for the staff of every station.
