Tailing Dry heaping treatment way:
1. Hydro-cyclone + dewatering vibrating screen:After processing by the hydro-cyclone, the under flow will be fed to the high frequency screen for dewatering process. In this way, the water content will be within 16%.
2. Thickener+ Hydro-cyclone+ Vacuum belt filter: These machine working together can realize the continuous production and are suitable to process the tailings with middle and coarse size. After dewatering, the water content will be within 15-25%.
3. Thickener+ ceramic filter: It is suitable process the fine size tailings and concentrates ore. But is difficult to process the slurry with coarse size and when the particle size is too fine like -37 microns with passing rate 80%. The water content can be lower than 10% at same time. But is easier to block the ceramic filter board and hard to clean.
4. Thickener+ Box type press filter or vertical press filter: It is suitable to process the fine size slurry even when the slurry with size 37 microns and passing rate is 95%. The finished product will be with the water content from 15% to 25%.
