What is the standard particle size of ball mill grinding ?

The standard particle size achieved by ball mill grinding can vary significantly depending on the design and operating parameters of the mill. Typically, ball mills can grind materials to very fine sizes, often achieving a particle size distribution with 80% passing 75 microns (0.075 mm). However, with optimized milling conditions, some ball mills can produce particle sizes as fine as 30 microns or even smaller. The final particle size will depend on factors such as the nature of the material being ground, the ball size, the speed of the mill, and the duration of the grinding process.
